ThinkNEO passes 100% of A2A v0.3.0 mandatory tests (80/80). The two remaining tests in the official 82-test suite cover OPTIONAL capabilities — batch tasks (spec §4.2) and task priority (spec §3.4) — that ThinkNEO intentionally does not implement. Batch processing would bypass per-task governance evaluation, creating an audit gap. Priority-based reordering would break the deterministic, time-ordered execution that SOC 2 audit trails require.
